Organizer Commitment Agreement

 

1. Formation and Identity of the OW@T™ Group

The undersigned Organizer hereby establishes an independent fundraising group as part of the One Woman at a Time™ (OW@T™) Circle campaign under the umbrella of Humans Above Boundaries, Inc.™ (HAB™).

The group shall be known as:
Group Name:  __________________________________ One Woman at a Time™ Circle
Examples: Jersey Gals OW@T™ Team, Midwest Moms for OW@T™, Book Club Sisters OW@T™ Campaign.

 

2. Trademark & Service Mark License

HAB™ grants the Organizer a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the following names and marks solely for the purpose of conducting the OW@T™ campaign in accordance with HAB’s values and guidelines:

• Humans Above Boundaries™

• One Woman at a Time™

• OW@T™

The Organizer agrees not to alter, distort, or otherwise misuse these marks.

 

3. Independent Status of the Group

The Organizer acknowledges that this OW@T™ group is independently formed and operated.
This group is not a legal affiliate, agent, or employee of HAB™, and HAB™ shall bear no financial or legal responsibility for the actions, liabilities, or transactions of the group.

 

4. Standards and Best Practices

The Organizer agrees to operate the OW@T™ campaign in accordance with HAB’s fundraising principles, which include:

•           * Using only fundraising methods and tools approved by HAB™

•           * Ensuring all funds raised are directed to the intended and agreed abortion access, travel/lodging,                  and care organizations

•           * Maintaining accurate and transparent records of pledges and donations

•           * Avoiding any false advertising or misrepresentation of the campaign

•           * Using the materials, imagery, and messaging templates provided or approved by HAB™

 

5. Donor & Matching Fund Model

The Organizer understands and agrees to follow the OW@T™ campaign model:

• Raise $600 from a Matching Fund Sponsor(s)

• Raise $600 from Individual Donors
  (Optional) Raise an additional $300 to support T&L and provider operations via the OW@T™ “Full Circle” model

 

6. Use of HAB™ Support Tools

HAB™ may provide templates, messaging, promotional assets, and fundraising guidance.
These tools are to be used solely for OW@T™ campaigns and may not be distributed or repurposed outside the agreed scope.

 

7. Termination of License

HAB™ reserves the sole right to revoke the license to use its name and marks if, in HAB’s judgment, the Organizer or group violates this agreement or acts in a manner inconsistent with the mission and ethics of HAB™.
