SAFE SPACE GATHERING HOST AGREEMENT

To ensure the emotional safety and integrity of the Safe Space Gathering process, the undersigned Host agrees to conduct all SSG activities in accordance with the principles and protocols of Humans Above Boundaries, Inc.™ (HAB™).

Purpose and Permission
Humans Above Boundaries (HAB) grants permission to the undersigned Host to use its Safe Space Gathering materials—including the Host Guide, Tutorial Video, Feedback Forms, and Attendee Questionnaires—solely for the purpose of facilitating peer-to-peer Safe Space Gatherings conducted in good faith and consistent with HAB’s mission to support women through respectful, confidential conversation.

 

Host Responsibilities
• Review the Safe Space Host Guide documents and Tutorial Video before hosting.
• Conduct the Gathering in a respectful, non-judgmental, and confidential manner.
• Submit a completed Host Report Form and all completed Attendee Questionnaires for each Gathering.
• Maintain the anonymity and privacy of all participants.
• Use HAB materials in their full, unaltered form except for minor logistical adaptations (such as local contact information).
• If requesting expense reimbursement, attach copies or photos of related expense receipts.

 

Optional Reimbursement / Stipend Policy
HAB may, at its discretion, provide a Reimbursement or Stipend of up to $25 per Gathering to offset modest expenses such as refreshments or printing. Eligibility requirements: (1) a signed Host Agreement on file with HAB; (2) submission of the Host Report Form, Attendee Questionnaires, and scanned or photographed receipts; and (3) no more than one reimbursable Gathering per Host per calendar month unless pre-approved. HAB reserves the right to review or adjust this policy at any time.

 

Use of Name and Materials
All Safe Space Gathering names, logos, and training materials remain the property of Humans Above Boundaries. Hosts agree not to publish, post, sell, or distribute HAB materials publicly or commercially without written permission from HAB.

 

Acknowledgment and Disclaimer
I understand that Safe Space Gatherings are not therapy, counseling, or professional mental-health services. The materials provided by Humans Above Boundaries are intended solely to support voluntary, peer-to-peer reflection and mutual understanding among participants.
